1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SubMate ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Software License

SubMate grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial financial organization in accordance with these Terms.

3. Third-Party Pricing & Merchant Disclaimers

SubMate provides tools to help you track recurring subscriptions and identify price hikes. However:

  • SubMate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party merchants (including but not limited to Netflix, Adobe, Spotify, Google, Apple, or Amazon).
  • Merchants may modify their subscription prices, renewal schedules, discount terms, or cancellation procedures at their sole discretion without notice.
  • SubMate estimates future charges based on your input and public pricing information. We cannot guarantee merchant billing accuracy or bank processing fees.

SubMate curates verified direct links to assist users in cancelling subscriptions. Tapping a cancellation link opens the merchant's external web portal. SubMate does not execute cancellations on your behalf; the final cancellation confirmation must be performed by you directly with the respective merchant.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SubMate makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the app, merchant link availability, or notification timing on all device models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SubMate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, unexpected recurring subscription charges, bank overdraft fees, or data loss arising from your use of the Application.
